Designed the full product surface: homepage, car listing with filtering, vehicle detail page, and the administration dashboard, management panel, and the flows for creating and publishing auctions. Two very different audiences in one project: buyers browsing and bidding, and administrators working in the system every day.
Challenge
The public side allowed for a clean, modern layout built from scratch. The CMS did not. The admin panel had to fit an existing system already implemented in code which is dated in structure and limited in what it could support. The constraint was fitting current UX standards into a framework that wasn't designed for them.
Solution
I kept the storefront clear and restrained, letting the vehicles carry the visual weight and guiding users straight from listing to a single, obvious next step. For the CMS I worked within the existing system's logic instead of against it. I reused its components and patterns where possible, and reorganised hierarchy, spacing, and states to make dense admin views readable. The result is a panel that feels current and stays realistic to implement.
